About the Role
4baseCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. We are specifically looking for a leader with a preferred background in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Diagnostic Sector who understands the unique dynamics of the industry.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will drive HR strategies that support our mission in the impact space while managing day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture suited for a fast-paced scientific and clinical environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's healthcare and business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Work closely with team leaders to finalize the organizational structure, drive time-bound hiring decisions, and design focused recruitment strategies to rapidly close positions while attracting top talent across scientific, clinical, and technical domains. Identify organizational and role-specific training needs and implement cost-efficient learning and development programs
- Manage employee development initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the pharma/biotech market.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to the healthcare sector. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and empathy.
- Manage HR software and implement technology solutions to streamline data and processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Translate values into observable behaviors + competency frameworks for each function.
- Build culture rituals and operating cadence: onboarding culture, manager rituals, recognition rituals, engagement programs.
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, performance decisions, people risks, and culture moments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in HR, with a preferred background in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage HR functions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Can influence, engage, and build trust across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
- Proven expertise in organizational design within distributed work environments, encompassing both remote and onsite personnel
