Job Role: Senior HR Recruiter (Core Recruitment Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles in our manufacturing setup. Candidates with strong factory/plant recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for departments like Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, Purchase, Logistics, etc.
  • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, employee references, and networking.
  • Conduct telephonic screenings to assess communication, technical knowledge, and job fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with HODs and track interview updates.
  • Draft and release Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and prepare accurate Job Descriptions.
  • Maintain and update Recruitment Tracker on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and maintain Monthly Recruitment MIS and dashboards.
  • Maintain and regularly update all employee data in the Employee Portal/HRIS.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation/comparison sheets for final selections.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners.
  • Update and maintain Organization Charts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 to 12 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of shop-floor and technical job roles.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (MIS, dashboards).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
