Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter / Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring across various roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
