• Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into pixel-perfect, on-brand visuals using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product teams to align creative assets with campaign goals and audience psychology.
• Optimize visuals for performance across platforms-ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and A/B test-ready variations.
• Mentor junior designers, conduct creative reviews, and elevate team output through feedback and process refinement.
• Stay ahead of design trends and platform specs (Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, Google Ads) to maintain visual freshness and platform compliance.
