Job summary

Skadoosh Media in Mumbai seeks a Sr. Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling to create impactful work across campaigns, branding, digital, and social media.

You will develop concepts and key visuals for 360° campaigns across social, digital, OOH, print, and experiential, and evolve brand identities and guidelines. The role requires hands-on design with advanced Photoshop and Illustrator, plus familiarity with Figma and AI/generative tools, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or studio.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, branding, digital, and social media.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and key visuals for 360° campaigns across social, digital, OOH, print, and experiential.
• Create and evolve brand identities, guidelines, and visual assets.
• Design social media creatives, digital ads, carousels, web banners, emailers, and other digital assets.
• Create moodboards, references, mockups, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, planners, account managers, motion graphic designers.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, files, and deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.

About The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling to create impactful work across campaigns, branding, digital, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and key visuals for 360° campaigns across social, digital, OOH, print, and experiential.
• Create and evolve brand identities, guidelines, and visual assets.
• Design social media creatives, digital ads, carousels, web banners, emailers, and other digital assets.
• Create moodboards, references, mockups, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, planners, account managers, motion graphic
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, files, and deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and emerging visual styles.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, branding, digital, and social media.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma and AI/generative tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
