Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma or Canva; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, and online advertisements.
• Develop brochures, flyers, standees, posters, presentations, clinic branding materials, and other offline marketing collaterals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials in line with Nova IVF's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, digital marketing, content, and business teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for brand awareness, patient engagement, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Create and adapt visual content for multiple platforms and formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
• Review and provide creative direction to junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.

• Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge ofFigma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
• Experience designing creatives for social media, digital advertising, print media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, branding, and digital and print designs.
