Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a senior GRC leader to shape and execute the global governance, risk, and compliance strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations. You will lead enterprise-wide programs, oversee regulatory relationships and audits, and report to the board.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the global GRC strategy in alignment with Apex's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead governance, risk management, and compliance programs at enterprise scale.
• Oversee regulatory relationships, audits, and board-level reporting.
• Drive innovation and transformation in governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Represent the GRC function at executive and board meetings.
• Mentor and develop senior managers and analysts within the GRC team.
• Own policy development, regulatory change management, and enterprise risk appetite.
• Set and monitor KPIs for governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across the enterprise.
• Execute delegated tasks aligned with Group CISO and cyber leadership priorities.
• Support the Group Cyber Strategy end-to-end, aligning activities with strategic objectives.

ROLE
