We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer with 8+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Golang, microservices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services for enterprise-grade applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable based on project requirements)


• Work Location: Any Tata Elxsi Development Center in India


• Work Mode: Hybrid / Onsite


• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Golang.


• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.


• Develop cloud‑native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.


• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.


• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.


• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.


• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.


• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.


• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on Golang development experience.


• Strong expertise in Golang, Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency Patterns.


• Experience in designing and developing Microservices‑based applications.


• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API development.


• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.


• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.


• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.


• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.


• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.


• Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.


• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Experience in cloud‑native application development and deployment.


• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is preferred.


• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Telecom, Networking, Broadband, or Cloud domains.


• Exposure to distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.
