Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Bangalore team onsite. The role focuses on IFRS and US GAAP reporting, journal entries, and accurate NAV calculations to support fund administration activities.

You will coordinate with investors, tax, and auditors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of financial statements. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of fund accounting experience and proficiency with Investran, eFront, and Allvue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA/ACA a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting systems: Investran, eFront, Allvue, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Record and reconcile journal entries for capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate postings.
• Support regulatory reporting (Form PF, Annex IV) and investor tax packs.
