Job summary

Teamified is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver high-quality software across the rosterfy stack. You will influence platform architecture, ship scalable features using Laravel, React/Next.js, and AWS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will help transition to a principle-led, product-focused engineering model with emphasis on scalability, quality, documentation, and collaboration, in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering end-to-end SaaS products, ideally multi-region.
• Comfortable working across front- and back-end.
• Experience with Laravel and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js and AWS.
• Collaborate with QA, Product and Design to deliver user-focused features.
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and system performance.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation and mentoring.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and engineering strategy.
• Ensure accessibility and localization across multi-region SaaS platform.
• Maintain ISO27001/SOC2 compliant practices.

AboutTheRole:
