Stryker India Private Limited is seeking a Staff Engineer - Full Stack for a hybrid role in Bengaluru. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable web apps using .NET and Angular/React, while optimizing backend services and databases.

Formación

• 7-9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) or React.js and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Azure Cloud Services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
• AWS experience is a plus; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Staff Engineer - Full Stack Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What You will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular or React
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and database interactions using MS SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure , leveraging services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What You need:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework , C# , and Entity Framework .Experience with Containers i.e Docker, AKS, ACR.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) or React.js .Proficiency in MS SQL Server and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud Services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
• AWS good to have. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204 , AZ-400 ) are a plus.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
