Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Pune (India) seeks an experienced software professional to lead the design and development of advanced applications. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions, while ensuring thorough testing and documentation to meet quality standards.

You will also mentor junior developers, drive CI/CD and QA processes, and lead code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices across complex automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to the stack.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with code versioning, deployment practices, and QA processes.
• Must-have technical skills: programming & frameworks,
• English – fluent.

Responsibilities:

• Application Design and Development:Lead the development of advanced applications, writing efficient, maintainable code to support complex business requirements and process automation initiatives

• Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements, qualify specifications, and translate them into effective application solutions
