Huptech HR Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer in Ahmedabad to lead architectural discussions and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role focuses on C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server, with emphasis on high-quality code and collaborative development across teams.

You will collaborate with clients in the healthcare sector, contribute to CI/CD improvements, and mentor junior developers while participating in the full SDLC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Developer with mentoring responsibilities preferred.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across new and existing systems.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions including system design documentation.
• Develop and optimize data-driven solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, reporting, and ETL integrations.
• Take ownership of code quality through code reviews, coding standards, unit testing, and automated testing practices.
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers through pairing, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate across the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, estimation, development, deployment, and post-release support.
• Work directly with clients in the healthcare sector to troubleshoot issues, scope enhancements, and provide responsive technical support.
• Contribute to improvements in CI/CD, source control, DevOps practices, and overall development processes.
• Support the adoption of modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted development tools where relevant.

Timing :- 7:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across new and existing systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Prior experience as a Senior/Lead Developer, with technical ownership and mentoring responsibilities preferred.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework, with experience in MVC and AJAX patterns.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or similar.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a senior technical team.
• Ability to prepare system design documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
