PluginHive is a profitable, 11+ year old, Bangalore‑based product company powering 600K+ shipments every month for global merchants on Shopify, WooCommerce, and AdobeCommerce.

We’re scaling towards 1M+ shipments/month and building a high‑scale WMS and fulfillment platform.

Team size: 60+

🔎 The Role (Please Read Carefully)

This is NOT a manager role.

We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on technical leader with 10+ years of coding experience who:

Codes 70–80% of the time
Owns the product end‑to‑end
Collaborates with Product & Support teams
Reviews code and mentors junior engineers

You lead by building, not by delegation.

What You’ll Work On

High‑scale backend systems (rate engines, tracking, WMS)
Microservice‑based, highly scalable applications (mandatory experience)
Distributed services in Node.js (some Java)
Frontend using React
AWS infrastructure (Lambda, ECS, RDS, OpenSearch)

What We Expect

10+ years of hands‑on development
Strong JavaScript, Node.js, and React
Working knowledge of Java
Proven experience building microservices and high‑scale production systems
Clean code, solid architecture, debugging mindset

Compensation

Budgeted around ₹25 LPA, with flexibility for the right hands‑on profile, based on current compensation and interview performance.
