Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer in Hyderabad, India, to own end-to-end product development across backend and frontend. You will build production-ready features using Django, DRF, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, collaborating with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.

This role suits engineers who enjoy building from the ground up in an early-stage environment, taking ownership from database design and APIs through to user-facing experiences and integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• Strong Django and DRF expertise.
• Strong React and Next.js frontend experience.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, data modeling, and multi-tenant design.
• Experience with third‑party/enterprise integrations.
• Own features from DB/backend to frontend implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across Django, DRF, React, and Next.js.
• Design database models, APIs, business logic, and responsive UIs.
• Maintain integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
• Handle API variations and data inconsistencies.
• Develop dashboards, data tables, AI-enabled interfaces, and mobile-first experiences.
• Develop messaging integrations, webhooks, queues, and scheduled workflows.
• Implement reminders, notifications, and automated delivery workflows.
• Work with PostgreSQL ensuring data modeling, tenant isolation, and performance.
• Ensure security, error handling, data integrity, and tests.
