Synergy Marine Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end from Chennai. You will own features across backend, frontend, and cloud, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.

You will shape architecture, implement robust APIs, and deliver data-centric React UIs with dashboards and workflows while managing AWS deployments for scale and cost efficiency. Join a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

You'll own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure - combining strong full-stack engineering with a passion for building intelligent, AI-driven applications - while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

• Docker, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines
• Frontend: React, state management, performance optimization
• Data: MongoDB, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Kafka/RabbitMQ
