Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Node.js, .NET, Angular, and cloud-native microservices on Microsoft Azure.

The role requires hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies, REST APIs, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, with Agile/Scrum collaboration and mentoring of junior developers.

Pan India remote option and night shift timings (IST) are offered to support global collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience leading end‑to‑end SDLC activities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Develop backend services using Node.js, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8+.
Build responsive web applications using Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and Microservices.
Build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Drive application modernization and legacy migration initiatives.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Monitor applications using Grafana.
