Job summary

Mployee.me is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack AI Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications using modern full-stack technologies and AI-powered development tools. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents, Google Cloud Platform, and security awareness.

You will design end-to-end software, build AI-assisted workflows, review AI-generated code for quality and security, and deploy on GCP with GKE,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end‑to‑end software applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code or equivalent tools for planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
• Build and maintain reusable AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Review AI‑generated code critically to ensure quality, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot production applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud SQL and IAM.
• Monitor application performance, observability, production rollouts, and incident resolution.
• Test software integrations with NGFW, Prisma Access and SD‑WAN products.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor engineers in AI‑assisted development.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack AI Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications using modern full-stack technologies and AI-powered development tools. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise, hands‑on experience with AI coding agents, Google Cloud Platform, and a working understanding of cybersecurity and networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end‑to‑end software applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code or equivalent tools for planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
• Build and maintain reusable AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Review AI‑generated code critically to ensure quality, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot production applications on Google Cloud Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in full‑stack software engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents.
• Strong understanding of frontend/backend development, REST APIs, databases and software architecture.
• Practical GCP experience, particularly GKE, Cloud SQL and IAM.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of networking and security concepts, including firewalls, SASE and SD‑WAN.
• Production troubleshooting and strong problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity or enterprise networking experience.
• Production container deployment experience.
• Agentic AI workflow experience.
• Mentoring and code review experience.

Location:

Bangalore preferred; other locations may be considered.

Working Hours:

Full‑time, with a few hours of overlap with the US‑based hiring manager in Tennessee. Exact hours to be discussed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation:
