You're not fine-tuning in notebooks—you're building production LLM agents and copilots achieving high task success rates powering text-to-SQL (98% accuracy) and conversational analytics at enterprise scale.

• Design production-grade LLM agents and copilots —implement advanced RAG systems, prompt engineering, agentic workflows reducing hallucinations; develop context-aware AI powering customer-facing analytics and automation
• Lead end-to-end AI feature development —research through production rollout building capabilities driving adoption and business outcomes; implement model evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, performance monitoring
• Deploy and monitor production AI models —maintain comprehensive observability and alerting, implement drift detection, automated retraining, performance degradation alerts; optimize infrastructure costs through efficient model serving
• Maintain AI service uptime —meet enterprise SLA commitments supporting 120+ brands ; optimize inference performance, latency, cost for multi-agentic systems and conversational analytics in 90+ languages
• Mentor and collaborate —coach junior AI/ML engineers, conduct technical design reviews, collaborate with frontend/backend/data engineering on seamless integration across 700+ integrations and 17+ industries
