The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is heavier on the frontend but comfortable across the full stack. You will be the primary owner of the user‑facing layer of our platform — the interfaces that let supply chain planners interact directly with AI models, explore probabilistic forecasts, simulate scenarios, and act on real‑time signals.

This is a founding‑team role. You will work directly with the founders, influence the entire tech stack, and see your work powering enterprise operations from day one.

What You’ll Build

• Intuitive planner dashboards that surface AI‑driven demand forecasts and inventory recommendations with clarity and speed
• Rich data visualizations — time series forecasts, probabilistic distributions, scenario comparisons, and inventory heatmaps — using Chart.js, Plotly, or D3
• Agentic workflow UIs: interfaces for monitoring autonomous AI agents, reviewing anomaly detections, and approving or overriding corrective actions
• Real‑time decision feeds that reflect live SKU‑level signals across global supply networks with low‑latency updates
• Embedded simulations and what‑if tools that let domain experts explore trade‑offs without needing data science support
• Integrations with enterprise backends and APIs, including ERP and WMS connectors
• Component libraries and design systems that scale consistently across the product

Core Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with clear frontend depth
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
• Experience with data visualization libraries — Chart.js, Plotly, or similar — building production‑grade charts for complex datasets
• Solid command of Tailwind CSS or equivalent modern CSS frameworks; ability to build polished, responsive UIs without a design handoff
• Full‑stack capability: comfortable writing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs, working with Node.js or Python backends
• Track record of shipping and owning features end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical constraints into product decisions and work directly with non‑technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Next.js: experience with SSR, SSG, App Router, and production deployment
• TypeScript: comfort with typed React, generics, and strict‑mode codebases
• AI/ML integration experience: calling LLM APIs, building prompt‑driven UIs, streaming responses, or working with agentic frameworks
• Background in enterprise software, supply chain tools, ERP/WMS interfaces, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with WebSockets or server‑sent events for real‑time data feeds
• Experience with design systems and component library authoring (Storybook, Radix, shadcn/ui)

• Generative AI and agentic systems: building UIs that directly surface LLM outputs and support human‑in‑the‑loop oversight

• Year 3+: Positioned for VP Engineering or CTO track as we scale through seed and Series A.
