Scientific Webs seeks a Senior Flutter & Mobile Engineer to lead core mobile architecture for high-concurrency platforms. You will craft scalable Dart code, implement custom animations, and bridge Swift/Kotlin modules for hardware acceleration and background services. Qualifications

• ,3+ years of production experience shipping high-traffic cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart
• Deep understanding of reactive programming, state management patterns (BLoC or Riverpod), and Flutter rendering pipeline.
• Experience with native platform channels (Swift/Kotlin) and OS-level integration.
• Proven track record of publishing multiple live apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong Git workflows, CI/CD, and Agile development sprints.
• Familiarity with cloud microservices, Firebase Auth/Firestore, and offline-first data caching.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications for iOS and Android with 60fps fluid UI performance.
• Implement state management architectures utilizing BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider with clean domain-driven design principles.
• Integrate third-party RESTful APIs, WebSockets, payment gateways, and push notification services (FCM).
• Bridge native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) APIs for sensors, Bluetooth, biometrics, and geofencing.
• Oversee end-to-end automated deployment pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions) to App Store and Google Play Store.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and champion automated testing.
• Optimize app memory consumption, startup latency, and offline SQLite/WatermelonDB synchronization mechanisms.

As a Senior Flutter & Mobile Engineer at Scientific Webs, you will lead the core mobile architecture for high-concurrency client platforms, including on-demand delivery apps, fintech wallets, telemetry dashboards, and multi-tenant ERP mobile extensions. You will write elegant, scalable Dart code, build custom animations, and bridge native Swift/Kotlin modules whenever hardware acceleration or background services are required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications for iOS and Android with 60fps fluid UI performance.
• Implement state management architectures utilizing BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider with clean domain-driven design principles.
