Job summary

NAVEX India is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to manage and configure planning, budgeting and reporting solutions in Bengaluru. You will translate business needs into robust system-based FP&A outputs, dashboards and management reports.

You will work with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, scalable models and timely insights across forecast, budget and close cycles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or analytical finance roles; SaaS/PE experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with planning/ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and configuration of FP&A software; maintaining models, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, forms, reports and dashboards.
• Building financial reports, dashboards and management reporting; translating business requirements into system-based reporting.
• Querying and troubleshooting financial data; understanding relational databases and data structures.
• Diagnosing data discrepancies, integration failures, calculation issues and reporting problems.
• Collaborating with Finance, Accounting and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality.
• Maintaining system documentation, data dictionaries, process documentation and user guides.
• Managing system changes, communicating releases and training Finance users.
• Bridging Finance, IT and FP&A to understand user needs and deliver solutions.
• Moving with business cycles — Planful, NetSuite, and Excel are key tools for timely, accurate outputs.
• Upgrading FP&A functions—sharpen models and modernize reporting to support a fast-moving environment.

What youll do:

What you’ll bring:

• A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field


• 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role — bonus points for SaaS, software, and/or PE-backed environments


• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills; experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
