• 12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• 5+ years leading large global teams.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream.
• Advanced analytics using Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to lead RPA and workflow automation initiatives.
• Ability to drive Lean, Six Sigma and finance transformation programs.

• Review complex journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX.
• Drive balance sheet integrity and financial statement reviews.

Finance leader responsible for financial controllership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, digital transformation and talent development across enterprise finance functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
• Review complex journal entries, accruals and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX
• Drive balance sheet integrity and financial statement reviews
• Perform variance analysis, financial storytelling and risk management
• Lead managers, team leads and accountants
• Develop succession plans and coaching programs
• Drive engagement, retention and capability building
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Stakeholder Management
• Partner with Controllers, Directors and Business Leaders
• Lead governance reviews and executive presentationsManage escalations and strengthen stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate with Audit, Tax, Treasury, HR and IT teams

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, and ACCA
• 12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
• 5+ years leading large global teams
• Techno-Functional Capabilities
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream
• Advanced analytics using Power BI and Excel
• Ability to lead RPA, AI and workflow automation initiatives
• Ability drive Lean, Six Sigma and finance transformation programs.
