Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is seeking an FP&A professional to lead annual cost budgeting across Delivery, SG&A and headcount, with scenario analyses and strong modelling capabilities.

You will influence senior stakeholders with rigorous analysis, build financial models and dashboards, and establish guardrails for pricing and deal economics, ensuring disciplined financial planning and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Must have FP&A experience in IT/ITES, consulting or B2B services.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with deep analysis, modelling and problem solving.
• Experience with MS tools, including Copilot, and enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce and Kantata.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential data.
