The role focuses on month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and local filings, with cross-regional interaction for consolidation under US GAAP.

You will work on IFRS and India GAAP, support statutory audits, and coordinate with tax authorities and auditors.

Qualifikationen

• 6 to 8 years post-qualification.
• Chartered Accountant with corporate accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and India GAAP; US GAAP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and written/spoken communication.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination.

Meet the Team

The Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. The role will support the centralization of finance activities into Bangalore, with a primary focus on Bank Reconciliations and related finance operations. In addition, the role will support selected centralized activities such as bank account maintenance, POA execution / renewal, and other operational finance processes as required. An ideal candidate with a sound finance / accounting background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage reconciliations, month-end activities, and stakeholder coordination across regions.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for preparing month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, tax and other local filings.
• Assist towards annual statutory, tax and transfer study and audit as per local gaap requirements.
• Assist in reconciling information and responding to requests for information to assist with consolidation by parent US Company as per USGAAP
• Facilitate requests from various departments including tax authorities, external auditors and regulators.
• Interaction with various internal stakeholders across finance and various departments in Asia, Europe and NY and external stakeholders including Banks, auditors, tax advisors.
• Assist in Identification and drive various finance related projects (local and regional), assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.

What You Bring

• 6 to 8 years post-qualification
• Chartered Accountant with relevant corporate accounting experience
• Good knowledge of IFRS and India GAAP. US GAAP Experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (both oral and written) required
• Strong technical proficiency with web applications and MS Office (strong Excel skills)
• Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment and time management skills.
