Job Description

Role Overview
As a Store Manager (Senior Executive – RBP), you will take full operational ownership of dark store
performance, daily fulfillment workflows, and team management. You will turn raw operational metrics
into smooth daily execution, maintaining high service SLAs, store hygiene, and an exceptional customer
experience.

• Operational Discipline & SLA Management Manage end-to-end inbound, picking, packing, and
  outbound fulfillment workflows while strictly adhering to SOPs. You will continuously track
  real-time store metrics to spot bottlenecks early, optimize labor and packaging resources, and
  ensure fast order turnaround.


• Customer Experience & Dark Store Quality Maintain high service quality by ensuring accurate
  packing, zero order damage, and strong speed perception. You will conduct routine pod audits
  covering cleanliness, food safety, and overall dark store hygiene, using continuous feedback to
  elevate customer metrics.


• Team Leadership & Demand Planning Guide, coach, and motivate store executives during
  regular shifts and demand surges. You will analyze volume trends during peak seasons or
  holidays, adjust shift allocation accordingly, and train staff on SOP changes and safety protocols
  to protect service quality under pressure.


• Hiring & Team Building Participate actively in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  high-quality store associates and support staff to ensure optimal headcount and seamless scaling
  during growth.


• Coaching, Engagement & Performance Management Conduct deep-dive performance assessments to identify root causes of underperformance within the team.
  Drive structured coaching, continuous feedback, team engagement initiatives, and empathetic motivation to lift poor performers and maintain high team morale.


• Rostering & Resource Scheduling Design and manage accurate shift rosters, balancing peak-hour
  coverage, absenteeism buffer, shift rotations, and labor cost optimization to ensure zero floor
  disruptions.


• Central SOP Execution Drive zero-tolerance compliance with centrally issued Standard Operating
  Procedures (SOPs) across inventory handling, picking, packing, and safety protocols.


• Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) on the
  dark store floor by identifying incremental operational waste, removing process friction, and
  driving floor-level workflow innovations.


• Customer Obsession Champion a customer-first mindset across all store operations, ensuring
  zero compromise on item freshness, packaging integrity, and customer satisfaction metrics.


• Data Analytics & Dashboard Management Leverage live operational dashboards, tool metrics,
  and historical data to track performance trends, diagnose workflow failures, and make real-time
  data-driven decisions.


• Fast Order Turnaround & OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Drive hyper-fast order processing without
  sacrificing accuracy, taking end-to-end accountability for achieving high On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
  delivery metrics with zero damaged or missing items.

• Operational & Analytical Mastery: Deep understanding of dark store workflows and SLA
  management, paired with the ability to interpret dashboard data to solve root-cause fulfillment
  issues.


• Leadership & Agility: Strong team coaching, conflict resolution, and the flexibility to adapt
  workflows seamlessly during high-volume spikes or sudden operational changes.


• Quality Focus & Integrity: Unwavering focus on hygiene, packing accuracy, and store safety,
