Job summary

Innova Pharmactive in Nagpur is seeking a Senior Executive QC to ensure GMP/GLP compliance, data integrity and regulatory alignment. You will oversee analytical instrument handling (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV) and guide subordinates in best laboratory practices.

You will review data, prepare reports, SOPs, calibration records, investigate OOS/OOT deviations and support audits per USP/BP/IP/ICH, while coordinating with QA, production and store teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of analytical instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Experience ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and data integrity.
• Ability to review data, prepare reports and calibration records.

Responsibilities

• Handle and troubleshoot analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KFT, etc.).
• Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and guide subordinates in good lab practices.
• Review analytical data, prepare reports, SOPs and calibration records.
• Investigate OOS, OOT and laboratory deviations; coordinate with QA, production and stores.
• Support regulatory audits and customer inspections per USP/BP/IP/ICH.

Job description

• Candidate should have knowledge of handling and troubleshooting the sophisticated Analytical Instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KFT ETC.
• Also He should be able to work, adopt and guide subordinates in following Good Laboratory Practices.
• He should be well versed with various regulatory & Statutory requirements.
• Candidate should responsible for ensuring that raw materials, intermediates, APIs, and finish API comply with approved quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• The individual is also responsible for reviewing analytical data, preparing analytical reports, SOPs, and calibration records.
• The Senior Executive QC ensures compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements while supporting method validation, method transfer, calibration, and instrument qualification activities.
• The role includes investigating Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and laboratory deviation cases, as well as coordinating with Quality Assurance, Production, and Store departments
• Additionally, the position supports regulatory audits and customer inspections and ensures that all laboratory activities are performed in accordance with pharmacopeial and regulatory guidelines such as USP, BP, IP, and ICH requirements.
• Should have minimum Four years experience. He should be able to work with the team and be willing to take initiative & challenge for completing the task assigned.
