Job summary

KP Singh Foundation is seeking a motivated program professional to join its program team. This role targets candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the social sector, philanthropy, CSR, or other mission-driven environments.

You will contribute across Education, Women's Economic Empowerment, Public Health and Institution Building, supporting design, implementation, monitoring and strengthening of initiatives.

• Program Management and Partner Coordination (40%)
• - Support day-to-day management of ongoing Programs and partnerships.
• - Coordinate regularly with implementation partners to track activities, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• - Review progress reports and identify delays, gaps or issues requiring follow-up.
• - Support Program review meetings, field visits and partner discussions.
• - Maintain Program trackers and ensure timely follow-through on agreed actions.
• Program Development and Research (40%)
• - Conduct research on social-sector issues, Program models, organisations and potential partnerships.
• - Support development of concept notes, Program designs, budgets and implementation frameworks.
• - Assist in evaluating potential implementation partners and new program opportunities.
• - Compile relevant data, evidence and benchmarks to support program and portfolio decisions.
• Reporting, Coordination & Execution Support (20%)
• - Review and analyse program data to identify trends, gaps, risks and key learning.
• - Support preparation of periodic program updates, presentations, briefing notes and summaries for senior leadership and Trustees.
• - Prepare meeting notes, action trackers and follow-up documentation, and ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
• - Support field visits, program reviews and early-stage implementation of new initiatives where required.

Job description

The KP Singh Foundation is looking for a motivated and high-ownership professional to join its program team. This role is suited to someone with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to the social sector, philanthropy, CSR, nonprofit organisations or other mission-driven environments. The candidate will work across the Foundations program portfolio and support the design, implementation, monitoring and strengthening of initiatives in areas such as Education, Womens Economic Empowerment, Public Health, and Institution Building. The role offers an opportunity to work in a lean and entrepreneurial foundation environment, where team members are expected to combine analytical thinking with strong execution. The individual will work closely with program leads, implementation partners and internal teams, and will have meaningful exposure to the full lifecycle of social-sector programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
