Diageo Brazil Ltda is seeking a Senior Executive – Bi-Products Process (DDGS & CO2 Operations) to lead end-to-end DDGS manufacturing within the Grain Distillery, ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will coordinate production planning, drying, storage and dispatch, while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and EHS to sustain product quality and plant uptime.

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in distillery, ethanol, grain processing, or similar process industries.
• Hands-on exposure to DDGS operations, drying systems, process control, production planning, quality management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

About the role:

• The Senior Executive – Bi-Products Process (DDGS & CO2 Operations) will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Distillers Dried Grain Solids (DDGS) manufacturing process within the Grain Distillery, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• The role will oversee production planning, process execution, drying operations, product handling, storage, and dispatch readiness while ensuring achievement of production targets and optimal utilization of plant resources.
• The incumbent will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted operations, process optimization, and adherence to product quality standards.
• The role will drive operational excellence across the DDGS process by monitoring critical operating parameters, ensuring compliance with approved SOPs, maintaining product consistency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
• The individual will be responsible for managing manpower deployment, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of safety and housekeeping, minimizing process losses, and optimizing consumption of utilities and consumables.
• Key performance measures will include DDGS production plan achievement, product quality compliance, plant availability and reliability, yield improvement, utility consumption, safety performance, inventory management, process loss reduction, and audit compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The ideal candidate should possess a B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with 2–5 years of experience in distillery, ethanol, alcohol, grain processing, feed manufacturing, or similar process industries.
• Candidates should have hands‑on exposure to DDGS operations, drying systems, process control, production planning, quality management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence, are essential for success in this role.
• Based on the original Grain Distillery process role shared in this version has been tailored specifically for end‑to‑end DDGS operations ownership.
