Job summary

PhonePe Limited in Bengaluru is hiring for a Loan Operations professional responsible for onboarding and managing customer and merchant loans. You will coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Collections, and Lending partners to resolve issues and improve onboarding and conversion.

The role also involves monitoring lending funnel performance, handling internal reporting, and delivering ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. This position offers full-time employment with PhonePe benefits.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer/merchant loan journey - onboarding and loan management
• Coordinate with Customer Support teams and handle escalations to provide prompt resolution to customers/merchants
• Support Sales with onboarding queries to improve conversion and resolve bottlenecks
• Coordinate with Collections, Field Sales, Lending partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve collections/sales efficiency
• Monitor Lending funnel/systems performance; identify improvements and execute via internal/external stakeholders
• Manage business reporting and ad-hoc reporting requirements

Job Description

• Develop an understanding of Customer / Merchant Loan journey - Onboarding and Loan Management processes
• Coordinating with Customer Support teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customers / merchants
