Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to manage delinquent accounts, recover overdue payments, and strengthen client relationships within a regulated framework.

You will lead collections efforts through field visits, monitor performance, ensure compliance, maintain records, and report on activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collections and delinquent accounts management.
• Ability to visit customers and agencies to recover payments.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for repossession.
