The role involves coordinating with customers, agencies, and internal teams to meet collection targets while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

You will maintain records, provide regular reports, develop collection strategies, manage risks, and lead a team to optimize portfolio recovery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Debt collection/recovery experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with agencies and internal teams
