Valeo India Private Limited seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Finance to lead monthly closing, analyze variances, and support budgeting and MTP processes. The role involves developing standard control tools, ensuring internal controls, and contributing to cost and governance initiatives across the site.

You will work with SAP ERP for costing and reporting, prepare performance analyses, and coordinate with groups on recharges and compliance. This is a full-time on-site role in India.

Qualifications

• Experience with month-end closing, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes, MTP and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and standard costing principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in monthly closing activities and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present budget, forecast and KPI reports to management.
• Develop and implement standard management controls and tools.
• Support tax, compliance and governance requirements within the site.
• Coordinate with sites on transfer pricing, R&D recharges and litigations.

Provides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines) Prepare the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control) Prepare actions of Back on Track Contribute to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates…) Develop or implement standard management control tools Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis Proposes solutions for solving litigations between sites (transfer price, R&D recharges…) Achieves on-site management control reviews Prepare and pre-validate IAR (respect of appropriate work flow) Prepare and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate work flow) Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/BG/PG/PL or RO within the site Eproc requests approval Prepare and analyse the Budget, Forecast, best estimates and MTP Knowledge of various costing techniques including standard costing and its application in SAP ERP. Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
