BorgWarner is seeking a Senior Executive to manage Accounts Payable, statutory payments, and financial operations in our Tamil Nadu facility. The role includes daily BRS, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, and coordination with banks to resolve payment issues.

The candidate will support statutory compliance, tax filings, and audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position offers growth within a global mobility solutions company.

Competenze

• Accounts Payables & Financial Operations knowledge required.
• Experience with statutory payments and tax filings (TDS, GST, ESI, PF).
• Reconciliation and cash flow forecasting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage Accounts Payable daily processes and BRS preparation.
• Process payments as per schedule and maintain payment entries.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve payment-related issues.
• Prepare Balance Sheet including cash flow forecast.
• Support tax audits and statutory compliance activities.

Senior Executive

Senior Executive is to manage Accounts Payable Regular, statutory payments TDS, ESI, PF, Customs duty etc. Advances, Month end closure activities , BRS and Monthly Balance sheet forecast,Cash flow forecast.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables & Financial Operations Daily BRS Preparation
• Payment entry accounting
• Processing of payments as per schedule
• Preparation of Balance Sheet including cash flow forecast
• I/C recharge
• Able to coordinate and work with bank for payment related challenges
• Having experience with Hyperion / One stream
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Processing statutory payments TDS, GST, ESI, PF etc.
• EDPMS open items closure
• Audit & Controls Support
• Statutory and Tax Audits with required workings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
