Armstrong Fluid Technology in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior ERP LN Finance Analyst to lead requirements gathering, streamline processes, and implement LN Finance solutions across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Costing. You will ensure accurate data, support integrations with ERP LN CloudSuite, and drive system integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with business process modeling and system documentation.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
• Training experience for Financial Accounting / Costing resources (Preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
• Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must‑have).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced Financial Accounting and Costing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual transaction entries and processing.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions leveraging LN capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system utilization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration between LN systems and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across logistics and Finance modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and user stories to understand the needs of various business units.
• Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
• Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and system documentation.
• Conduct system testing with test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with specifications and performance criteria.
• Provide guidance to developers during design and implementation phases and assist with system integration, migration, and rollout of new functionality.
• Develop and deliver user training to ensure effective use of the ERP system.

In this role, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior ERP LN Finance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in working to identify requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective Implementation of solutions. As a Finance Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our systems support organizational goals, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall business success.

To work in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Statements, Costing and Inventory Valuation Process, Integration with other products with ERP LN Finance, Chart-of-Accounts, Dimensions, Enterprise Structure leading into Integrations, Mappings, Finance data Consolidation and management reporting. setting up new finance companies (for new sites) working with logistics SME’s and verify the existing system setup and suggest improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Corporate Finance and Costing :

• Develop and implement advanced Financial Accounting and Costing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce Manual transaction entries and processing.
• Should be able to support the business and analyzing the financial transactions created by different business entities and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on LN Finance functionalities and best practices.

Process Optimization:

• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions leveraging LN capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system utilization.

Integration & Data Management:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration between LN systems and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across logistics and Finance modules.
• Identify, track, and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and user stories to understand the needs of various business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, project managers, IT teams) to ensure the proper translation of business requirements into system specifications.
• Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and ineffective utilization of underlying ERP functionality. Propose solutions to optimize business processes.
• Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and related system documentation that deliver business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, including developing test plans, test cases, and executing tests to ensure the final product meets functional specifications and performance criteria.

• Provide guidance and support to developers during the design and implementation phases.
• Assist with system integration, migration, and rollout of new functionality. Develop and deliver user training to ensure users effectively use the ERP system.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.

• Knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices.
