Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between business and ERP team, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Conduct or participate in workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
Business Process Alignment
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Ensure alignment with global process templates and drive standardization across regions and functions.
Process Awareness & Enablement
- Promote understanding and adoption of standardized processes across the organization.
- Identify training needs and support process education initiatives.
ERP Program Delivery
- Play pivotal role in end-to-end delivery of ERP initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate delivery via cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Partner with solution architects to design robust, scalable, and integrated ERP solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend IT-enabled improvements.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in ERP delivery, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA or equivalent platforms.
- Proven track record of leading complex ERP implementations or rollouts.
- Deep understanding of business processes across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise integration (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, IoT platforms).
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in global process harmonization and change management.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Certifications in SAP, PMP, TOGAF, or similar frameworks are a plus.
