We are seeking a motivated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Senior EPM Techno/Functional Consultant. As a Senior EPM Techno/Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Oracle EPM software platform, which is widely used in Financial services, Top Level Management Reporting. This senior-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in financial services, healthcare, and technology.Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience as a Technical, Functional, or Techno-Functional Consultant in at least one Oracle EPM module (EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, TRCS, or NR).
Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud features including data management, metadata, security, reporting, task manager, forms, task lists, workflows, Smart Lists, and EPM Automate.
Skilled in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions.
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes.
Minimum of two completed implementation or support projects.
Experience with either On-Premises or Cloud applications (Cloud preferred).
Ability to gather and interpret functional business requirements for planning and budgeting.
Capable of building applications and configuring metadata, forms, reports, business rules, calculation scripts, Groovy scripts, integrations, user provisioning, security, and approval workflows.
Ability to advise clients on consolidation processes including minority interest calculations, eliminations, adjustments, and IFRS reporting.
Experience consulting on budgeting procedures, MIS reporting, driver-based budgeting, and IFRS compliance.
Proficient in delivering demos, training, testing, and project documentation.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and scenario analysis.
No travel restrictions.
Excellent communication and advanced Excel skills required .
Basic Qualification:
At least 6 years’ experience in designing and developing Oracle EPM implementations / Support.
Experience in a senior technical consultant role working either for an information technology consulting firm or directly with client stakeholders /Internal Business Owners.
Experience in EPM module (EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, TRCS, or NR). D evelopment /Support.
Experience in design patterns and design methods.
Experience in agile methodologies.
Experience in the areas of written communication and presentation delivery.
Preferred Qualification:
Basic Knowledge on PTP & OTC & PPM is preferable.
Knowledge in Finance Modules Added Advantage.
Experience with D eveloping Reports.
Required Education – B achelor’s degree in B. Com Computers from a reputed university / college. MBA & Charted Accountant is preferable.
