Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Hydraulic Mining Shovel value chain in Chennai, coordinating with logistics, operations, product and process engineering to optimize resilience, lead times and cost.

You will manage staffing and development for value chain engineering teams and drive end-to-end value chain design with a focus on inventory, supply assurance, cost and quality. You will guide risk management and lead improvements across projects.
