Job summary

  • Experience with observability platforms and incident management processes.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

ROLE PROFILE

We are seeking a Senior Manager of DevOps to lead our Customers Identity & Access Management team at LSEG. This role is critical in shaping and driving the strategy for infrastructure, automation, and reliability behind our critically important components that underpins hundreds of LSEG products for customers worldwide. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, resilience, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with software engineering and security teams. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of the transformation journey of a traditional IT management to DevOps SRE Culture with a direct impact on the infrastructure of financial services used globally.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.

Define and execute the DevOps strategy for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and automation across CIAM services.

Own the reliability and scalability of our services deployed in AWS.

Drive best practices for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.

Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading DevOps or SRE teams in a cloud-native environment.

Deep expertise in AWS architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD tooling.

Strong understanding of microservices and serverless deployments in production.

Solid background in Linux systems, networking, and performance optimization.

Experience with observability platforms and incident management processes.

Solid Experience working with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
