Qualifications

• 12-14 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous fintech/tech domain experience helpful.

The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12-14 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.

Your Edge Over the Rest

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases, both relational and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, etc.).
