What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 14+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, equipment design, product engineering, or engineered-to-order project execution.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineers, designers, technical teams, or complex engineering workstreams.
- Experience developing talent, improving team performance, and influencing outcomes across cross-functional organizations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering documentation, fabrication processes, and design-for-manufacturing practices.
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders in a matrixed engineering environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in combustion systems, emissions-control technologies, oil & gas, petrochemical, process equipment, pressure equipment, or heavy industrial industries.
- Familiarity with burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, vapor control systems, or similar engineered equipment.
- Experience leading engineering transformation, standardization, automation, digital engineering, or process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent) or formal leadership development training.
- Experience working across global engineering centers and manufacturing locations.
- Demonstrated success in developing future technical and people leaders.
