Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Wet utilities design: Lead design of water supply, wastewater, and stormwater networks using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Drainage planning: Develop drainage layouts for urban, industrial, and transport infrastructure projects.
• Civil 3D modelling: Create and manage 3D models of pressure and gravity networks, ensuring accuracy and integration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and environmental specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Standards compliance: Apply Svenskt Vatten, Sweden Municipalities and Water Clients, and EU directives in design and documentation.
• Quality assurance: Perform clash detection, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Mentoring: Guide junior engineers and BIM modellers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Client engagement: Support project managers in stakeholder discussions, presenting technical solutions clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for wet utilities and drainage design.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles and municipal utility standards.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Familiarity with Svenskt Vatten P110 and P114 regulations.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language proficiency is an advantage.
