About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer in Robotics & Computer Vision to drive innovation in nextgeneration agricultural machinery. This role involves developing advanced technologies for tractors, planters, combines, and autonomous farming systems. You will work on cuttingedge assistance systems such as NonGNSS guidance, robotics, and unmanned machine capabilities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving realworld agricultural challenges using machine learning, computer vision, and multisensor perception.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced Computer Vision algorithms and build, train, and validate machine learning models for agricultural applications.
  • Lead and coordinate image annotation workflows with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work with diverse sensors including cameras, radars, and lidars to enhance perception and autonomy.
  • Collaborate closely with global R&D, Agronomy, and Product Engineering teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance across departments.
  • Create and deliver proof of concepts, contributing to patentable innovations and nextgeneration product features.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Masters degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Minimum 2 years of handson experience in:
    • Computer Vision applications (object detection, semantic segmentation, etc.)
    • Image processing tools such as OpenCV or MATLAB
    • Machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience working with multisensor systems (camera, radar, lidar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
