Job summary

The candidate should be comfortable working with UG-NX, CATIA V5, and SAP-related processes, ensuring seamless PLM and CAD functionality for engineering change management.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Support the global PLM user base in all PLM process and application related issues.
• Providing support to Teamcenter and CAD applications end users.
• Issue assignment and monitoring.
• Application Monitoring.
• Predictive analysis.
• Review and analyze incident.
• Knowledge in built releases and Engineering change management process.
• Worked on mappings, workflows and all documentation needed for designing, building and testing.
• Experience in CAD applications like UG-NX and CATIA V5. Also with TC visualization to validate the light weight data.
• Knowledge of investigating workflow, session logs for day to day analysis. Also ensure PLM and CAD applications are working seamlessly.
• Test, verify and validate the solution updates in QA environment (incl. Test Cases).
• SAP material management, and classification.
• PLM SAP Engineering Change Management, to implement customer changes accordingly to the engineering changes.
• Teamcenter Modules My Teamcenter, Structure Manger, Multi-BOM Manager (MBM), Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP), Classification, Product Configurator, Classification Admin and Projects
• Work on different BOM structures like Engineering BOM, Manufacturing BOM, Bill of Resources BOR, Bill Of Process BOP, Plant BOM and Special Characteristics BOM SC
• Codeless Development of Integration, Migration and Data exchange PLM TCE tools and testing the Developed tools.
• Collaborate with Organization users to identify business requirements based on priority and severity of the business need and implement bridge gaping solutions by coordinating with the different IT teams and provide PLM solutions for identified business problems.
• Perform the role of Tester or Test Manager as needed
• Create digitize processes using PLM for manual methods
• To work and handle Teamcenter Change Management, Structure Management, Workflow, Classification globally.
• Document all PLM working Procedures and Train the end user on PLM working Procedures
• Create documentation (business rules, requirements, data configuration, use cases, functional specs, and testing forms).
• Training and mentoring the users
• Create knowledge articles, process and procedure documentation, and training materials
• End User support Lead.
• Troubleshooting issues when required
• Knowledge on Service Now, to handle or understand ticketing systems.
