Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS.
• Experience drafting layouts for blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier, etc.

Responsibilities

• Layout design and development of analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks, standard cells, and full chip level layouts.
• Perform LVS, DRC, Antenna checks, Shield checks, Matching, Latch-up, EM/IR checks, and document quality checks.
