Job summary

Ingersoll Rand's Sanand Manufacturing Plant seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and lifecycle support of centrifugal compressor packages and subsystems, collaborating with global teams to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

The role requires 6+ years in design or package engineering for air or centrifugal compressors, strong CAD and engineering calculation skills, and experience with supplier management and plant engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in design, development, or package engineering of air compressors, centrifugal compressors, or rotating equipment.
• Manufacturing or plant engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD and engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of compressor subsystems, package integration, quality, supplier management, and reliability.
