Globallogic in Pune or Bangalore is seeking a seasoned embedded software engineer with 10-15 years of experience in C++11 and Linux system programming to contribute to hardware media pipelines. The role requires strong debugging skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills include knowledge of Digital Rights Management (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay) and familiarity with multimedia frameworks such as gstreamer and ffmpeg, as well as experience with

• Good Debugging skills
• Knowledge in the video streaming technologies (MPEG-DASH, HLS, Progressive Download, etc)
• Knowledge on different audio/video formats (h264, H265, AV1, mp4, cmaf, ts, etc) and on tools to analyze them
• Knowledge on SoC architecture.
• Experience in developing firmware for hardware media pipeline
• Good communication, problem solving skills and team player.
