About the Team & Role

Frame Manufacturing team is responsible for the production of frames and their quality standards. This team works closely with both external parties and internal departments to fulfil customer requirements. The incumbent would be leading a team of large task force. This role will report to Assistant Manager of the department.

To Succeed in this role, you should have the following:

• Preferably B.Tech.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in production
• Must have knowledge of Assembly Lines Handling
• Expertise in large work force management
• Ready to work in Rotational Shifts

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures
• Ensure daily production plans are achieved
• Having analytical skills to resolve the line issues
• Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale)
• Maintain 5S on the shop Floor
• Investigate failures and identify root causes to narrow down the problem and issues
