Tenneco in India seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to oversee production processes, balance workloads, and lead new product introductions. The role focuses on optimizing layouts, implementing PQCDSM, and ensuring adherence to IATF standards through PFMEA and control plans.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on PLC troubleshooting, proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and a proven track record of improving throughput and quality in manufacturing environments.

Layout Planning: Develop and optimize plant layouts for improved workflow and productivity.

New Product Development (NPD): Lead the introduction of new products, ensuring smooth integration into manufacturing.

PQCDSM: Implementation of PQCDSM in all plant with OAE improvement.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF standards, PFMEA, and control plans for process reliability.

Software Knowledge : MS Office, SAP, Auto CAD.

PLC : Hand on Experience in Troubleshooting of Problem solving in PLC .
