Job summary

Endurance Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance professional with 6–10 years of experience to manage CMM programs, MSA studies, and gauge calibration. You will lead calibration activities, ensure instrument readiness on the shop floor, and drive accurate measurement processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Certified auditor per IATF 16949: 2016 and familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, and 7QC tools.

Qualifications

• Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949: 2016.
• Certified for MSA, Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC.
• Individually handling standard room, MS Office, Mini Tab, Gauge development, Multigauging, Revenue Budget.

Responsibilities

Experience

Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949: 2016, Certified for MSA, Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC.

Individually handling standard room, MS Office, Mini Tab, Gauge development, Multigauging, Revenue Budget.

Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years.

Function: Standard room Quality Assurance.

Technical / Functional Knowledge and Skills Required

• Expertise in handling CMM and ability to prepare CMM programs for components and provide set‑up approvals.
• Procurement of inspection and test equipment; guide and help the user department in selecting instruments, measuring and test equipment.
• Plan and calibrate monitoring and measuring devices at an outside NABL laboratory.
• Strong understanding of MSA, PPAP, APQP, SPC and 7QC tools.
• Responsible for MSA studies and maintain MSA records.
• Responsible for handover and takeover activities of NPD gauges.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 systems.
• Knowledge of machining and assembly processes.
